The Nike Air Presto-red in 2009

The Nike Air Presto is one of the most notable shoes ever created by Nike, and will be making their return to Nike’s line-up this upcoming Spring / Summer.

Rumors are that there will be plenty of colorways to choose from, but for now, we feature a picture of a red colorway. They feature a simple tonal upper consisting of a bright red design, along with a classic white sole. Look for them to start releasing in April 2009.

Air Jordan 1 (I) Low Phat - Championship Pack - Supersonics

While the Air Jordan Championship Pack -Phoenix Suns is officially slated to release tomorrow, here we feature two colorways in the Air Jordan 1 (I) Low Phat model inspired by the colors of the Seattle Supersonics, whom Michael and the Bulls defeated in 1996 after their 72-10 season. One sports a white leather upper along with green and gold accents as well as a patent leather swoosh. The other features a black upper along with green and gold accents. They are scheduled to release on March 14, 2009 at select JB accounts.

Nike ACG - Mowabb

We haven’t seen the Nike ACG - Mowabb since 2003, but they are releasing at select accounts as we speak! The closest thing we’ve seen to them was the Nike Air Force 1 Mowabb - ACG Mowabb Inspired we posted about last April.

This retroed version sports a band-aid upper along with perforated inserts, as well as blue and orange accents. Highlighting the shoe is the speckled design along the charcoal-colored midsole.

Nike ‘Boba Fett’ Zoom Force 1 Snowboard Boot Customs

EmmanueLabor who is a beast in the custom sneaker industry was recently asked to design a pair of the Nike Zoom Force 1 Snowboard Boots to be put on display at the ESPN Winter X-Games. When EmmanueLabor was pinned for the project he had already put together an idea in his head for the Zoom Force 1 custom, but when he got the boots in the mail he had found out his idea wasnt going to work out as planned. The original idea was designed for the white or black/white version but instead EmmanueLabor was sent the dark army/gold colorway.
Being pressed for time and having to pretty much start from scratch at this point EmmanueLabor started in with a whole new theme. The inspiration used to design the large Nike Zoom 1 Snowboard Boots comes from Boba Fett, the bounty hunter from the Star Wars series. The boots feature a green, gold, yellow and grey colorway with a design over the tongue/laces which is suppose to look like Boba Fetts helmet with the red part of it serving as a lace protector as well. On the right side of Boba Fetts uniform there is round logo on his chest so therefore EmmanueLabor included the logo on the right shoe. On the left side of his uniform, on his shoulder, there is another logo so that was included on the left shoe, along with yellow bars on the green strap to represent the side of Boba Fetts helmet.
EmmanueLabor admits the design didnt really turn out as he has planned due to the fact he had to change his theme at the last minute and rush the idea due to a limit in time. He also says he personally doesnt like the final product but here at Sneaker Obsession we sure think its cool, specially since its a Nike Zoom Force 1 Snowboard Boot which is something you dont see customized all that much. DC PJ Ladd S LX Black

Last month, we showed you the detailed collaboration between DC and Boston skate legend PJ Ladd, and many of you thought it was a well-created sneaker. At the time we only had regular scans of the sneaker, however, we have now found detailed shots of the black colorway.
This sneaker is done up in rich textures and materials, to say the least. The most interesting feature is the quilted leather toe box, side panels and ankle area of the sneaker. It also contains a visible air unit and an ever-so-present white midsole. Gold accents also appear on the upper in the form of the DC logos on the side panel and tongue. Via Kicks On Fire.

Nike Air Max 90 Cool Grey/White-Hyper Green

Over the years, we have seen more colorways than you can think of in regards to the Nike Air Max 90. However, we have found one of the better colorways seen on this sneaker in a long time.
This particular sneaker contains a predominately cool grey upper with minimal green accents on the side panels and tongue. The visible air sole unit also appears in green. To finish it off, this sneaker features white shoelaces and a white/black sole. The upper’s materials include mesh (toe box, ankle area) and leather. Click here to view more photos. Via Sneaker News.
